• Support Agreement - A support agreement combines the benefits of a Block of Time and pre-defined Service Level Agreements. Does your firm require 7 x 24 support? Perhaps you have mission-critical equipment that demands a specified "response time". These requirements can be written into the Support Agreement, thus assuring your company receives the level of support you require.
• On-Site Support - If your needs are such that you require a dedicated on-site person full-time, we are ready to assist you. We are experienced in providing dedicated on-site support and can explain the benefits to you.
